The company then goes back to the market, offers more shares and it is easier to raise money at $1 than 3c.
It is a pretty average act for long term holders but I can’t see anyway forward. It almost mimics what LON has done recently.
I hope they address this at investor presentations.

You don't want a consolidation IMO. It is a penny stock and will be liquid only just because of that. When if ever it has some return from actually building and making something at a decent margin greater than expenses burden than it may be a future option.

Consolidations only work with the occasional stock for various reasons IMO
