You can't really UB because there are only 292,722 shares on offer at 3c. at close of trade today.   Only $8,782 dollars worth, and the company is offering $3 million worth.  If there was that rush of buyers on market the price would rocket. It depends if you are only interested in small parcels or want something substantial.  It is good to note that the directors, being shareholders themselves, are going to participate, no doubt to the maximum of $15,000 worth each. Being in addition to the $2.5 million, each of the 5 directors will be tipping in under Tranche 2 (That is if each director subscribes equally). I intend to take up the offer to the maximum allowed, and on the first day as I believe it will be fully subscribed to. Despite my conspiracy theory grumbling. By January 2nd 2019, it's going to be a whole new ball game. Things will look considerably brighter. Follow the directors!
