I’m no defender of the SPP or the raise itself (I understand the need for new equity, but mgmts failure to prop the SP in the several months prior, followed by a discounted WVAP, was simply poor company strategy)... but having said that, if WAF pushes on from here due to POG strength, the SPP entitlement will begin to look attractive for many smaller retail holders.
