I cant see why the number of shares on issue is a relevant reason not to invest. And if they do a consolidation ,the market cap doesnt change , so absolutely no effect on fundermentals. Some investors amaze me with their lack of understanding of the basics of the sharemarket, and how does this negatively affect a take over? Can anyone give me an explanation?
