I too will be taking a position in the SPP CR to help support the company for another 12+ month runway of funds to continue the current & pending trials.
To answer the question re board resignation is simply due to the poor market cap and something needed to change, as the message to the market of how good this company is with regard to World class Professors onboard who co-invented these drugs, strong company IP, current 1b/2 US funded trials & future product pipeline in comparison to it's ASX peers seems not to be getting through.
Now the way I see it the long awaited CR will soon be behind us & various trails moving from 1b into phase 2 with strong news flow due to their open nature, should restore market confidence & greatly improve market cap & shareholder value.
