That's not the indication from the company. The last serious negotiations ended Dec 17 from memory with no agreement. Since then they've fished around to rejigg the final product...but nothing indicative of a deal being close at all has been mentioned.
If a deal was close SURELY the ti offtaker would've put in for the recent bargain basement CR. 10% of the company for 10 million bucks on a billion dollar contract? Highly highly conspicuous by their absence imho.
During the last Boardroom Media interview PB indicated he was hoping for good anns over the next 12 months...to my mind he was giving himself that long to get it all together. Based on his previous timelines and pointy ends I'm not sure even that timeframe will get it done. I wonder if it'll be him that does it....based on the last 4 years there's no indication to me he is the right person for the job. Accordingly I've taken out 70% of my investment at break even. Maybe I've got it wrong(happy to be corrected on facts above), dunno...but if so I reckon I'll be able to get on at not much higher than I sold out.
