BAHAHAHAHAHA Minimum purchase of $2000.00! I saw that and it went straight in the bin without passing GO!
I think they are trying to raise cash now to keep the company on life support for the next 3-5 yrs. I've been a holder for a very long time and will not be throwing more good money after bad. Average price of 47.5c...I kissed my money goodbye a looong time ago.

I'm sure over time through enough C/R's and eventually share consolidations, I'll hold an unmarketable parcel and be made to disappear while the company will live on. It's wrong but that's how this system works.
