The article is a Red Herring and misleading, the author apparently has not done his home work.
Royal has bought the claims and has a caveat lodged against these titles.

There appears to be some sort of legal action between Hillam and Lewis in South Australia over ownership and direction of Mintech and Goldus which previously owned the Razorback claims.

Royal is not part of this new action as it has already proved its claim in a NSW court when Hillam challenged Royal he lost with full costs awarded against him. End of story.

His new focus now appears to try to gain control of Mindech and Goldus companies which is due future substantial payments from Lewis. A new tactic when he lost the other fight against Royal.

Royal has a new substantial Shareholder and Director in Gordon Toll of Fortescue (FMG) fame. He is a contrarian investor convinced of Magnetite future.

Royal does not have to wait for the new court case to be resolved, its full steam ahead as demonstrated by Gordon Toll joining the board a couple of weeks ago.

Shareholders in my opinion should hold as the company under new direction and support by Mr Toll will be very successful in bring the Sth Aust project to fruition.
