re: Ann: Share Purchase Plan Documentation De...
Dare I say it but its building up to a conspiracy theory in my mind that this whole process has been undermined from the start by the current chairman CEO and board ( this is based on my belief that started as a question asked at the last AGM but was not confirmed or rejected as incorrect at the time by the then chairman ,therefore he either is or was on one or two of Magna's company boards and I am still not sure if he has not been asked to declare that association to us investors via the ASX announcements ) to reduce the value of the company to a level where it can be bought for a song by Magna after getting FRBA.
Think about it , if the $8m was raised successfully with the SPP being underwritten , and Magna could not get any more than $15k worth of shares . Magna 's share holding percentage would be reduced/diluted to around 25% . This would mean that the power play would possible change ,,there would an opportunity to get ride of the current CEO ( $400k pa man who has over seen the disaster) , the current chairman and board, and replace them with genuine people who want this company to succeed.
Think about it all those people would be effected if the SPP was successful , that's why it seems to me that we have been slowly let down little by little. I don't see the CBA changing their mind with this current board unless Magna puts some pressure on them to extent the repayment period back to where it originally was .
The whole process is a mess , and the ASX should investigate . I would encourage all investors past and present to write to the ASX and ask them to clarify with the CCU chairman and board, if there is a relationship between the chairman and Magna and if so why wasn't it public knowledge . Why did we have these up and down production levels over the last 6months.
I am sorry for venting my disappointment as I feel people in paid positions such as the CCU board, chairman and CEO should be more transparent in demonstrating their actions and responsibilities to investors.i will certainly not be investing in any company that has any of these people on board in any capacity .
