They said they’d place the remaining stock but I don’t think they said the directors would take it up. ( they might end up doing so but the more conventional path would be placing it via broker, or directly, to SIs)
The approval as I understood it will be for the directors to be able to take up their SPP entitlement that they’ve applied for.
