With a maximum allocation of $15k worth of shares under the SPP, we are hardly talking about mega-bucks worth of savings by picking some up a buck cheaper on market.
I would imagine that those picking up at $8.50 under the SPP are probably thinking a little more long term than what the share price might do today or tomorrow.
