However, sophisticated investors are expected to have proven that they have a high income and high net worth (both above specific thresholds). Given that they are expected to be " sophisticated" enough to forego the general warnings afforded by prospectuses etc. I.e they are 'big enough and ugly enough to look after themselves'. Now I'm not sure how you stand on those criteria but if you're claiming them then I guess Mr. Homsonay will feel free to 'bang you like a big bass drum' (if you'll pardon my turn of phrase).
I doubt all TOE holders could handle that kind of treatment. Certainly not I.
