Totally agree Arsenic. In a normal market that makes total sense. But when U moves its usually not hyperbowl to quote an ex PM . It goes Hocky Stick !!!!!!! off such an extreme long winded low base.
As for mine build costs. Im not concerned because they aint gonna build till Spot soars and contracts lock in at 50 plus . Buy that time the dumb money will flood in buying high to make an even higher buck.
If gold is discovered LOL a whole lot of circumstances will prevail.
