To fix on this e trade go to the portfolio tab and change the portfolio view from "average view" to "detailed view". Then on the detailed view find the MEI SPP share detail line and move across to the "news and tools" column and highlight on the spanner icon in it and then click on "edit" (note the edit function only appears in the detailed view). In this screen you can then enter the new cost base of 0.062. All fixed. Hope that helps. The reason this happens is because the SPP shares weren't purchased thru the e trade account but the above will fix the issue.
