Cynics would say the week's extension to the SPP is due to poor take-up. I think my explanation more likely.

I'm going to peer intently into my crystal ball, pray to god-only-knows-who and then make some determination on the SPP. If past indication is anything to go by I'll get it all wrong

History shows that picking this up at it's lows pays off if that helps at all .
They have a sniff of something , otherwise Oz wouldn't bother probably.
