So what is the scaling policy? Its not entirely clear from the documents I've seen.
$12m worth of shares applied for and only $4m to be allotted.. Does this mean shareholders only get 1/3rd of what we applied for?
Lets hope the $8m refunded will find its way to MCR's buyside... or were people just hoping for a quick 3-5c stag.
