I would think mid/late March at the earliest, hence my opinion that the shares will drift south for a while yet! That time period would also be around the time we expect Chines Govt approval for the jv.
Mind you IMHO this rally in the markets is the final wave up before a correction. S&P 500 target 1370 area! The size of the correction will determine once and for all whether we are in the early stages of a bull market or in the latter stages of the current bear market. My bet is bull market and money will pour into equity markets after this correction! All good for fwl!
I suggest you email Brett Manning if you want confirmation on drill results etc. Whether he is in a position to give you a date for the results is another question.
