    Have I missed something on the announcement ?
    This thread ppl state 0.1 as the price , I read in the announcement 0.01. Big discount from last trade price.
    So this guy is not paying any premium he's got the share for nothing.
    In addition the current company funds are due to be spent by end of march. So this cheque better clear
    The bank now ish.
