More cash than any of MW shells... also as per the deeds of settlement, BLz might be returning the lease rather than paying 480k cash approx. IMO
If you are acquiring a new business, of course you won't be keeping the previous one... so cash position might remain the same...
Sub holder notice... should not take more than 2 weeks keeping in mind good practice but that would be after the placement being completed... the rising share price might have caused some concern to complete the placement quickly otherwise it would have been a hefty premium which still is but would have been even more... so good timing I would say...
