PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO SOPHISTICATED INVESTORS
Blaze International Limited (Company) (Blaze) (ASX: BLZ) is pleased to announce a placement of 38,000,000 new shares in the Company at $0.04 per share to sophisticated investors to raise $1,520,000 before costs (Placement).
The Placement is pursuant to the shareholder approval received 25 November 2015 to place up to 70,000,000 new shares to sophisticated investors (see the Company’s Notice of Meeting to Shareholders dated 21 October 2015). The Company placed 30,069,032 new shares on 4 December 2015 and will retain the capacity to issue a further 1,930,968 by no later than 25 February 2016, post completion of the Placement. The Company will advise in due course when the Placement has been completed.
Funds raised by way of the Placement are to be used for general working capital and to seek out new acquisitions consistent with the objectives approved at the Company’s Shareholder Meeting held 25 November 2015
