Be careful with that strategy I sat at the top on the list at 1.8 for a while thinking it would come back, then got impatient bit the bullet and bought in at 2.0, thinking I probably should have waited, when actually considering the market cap compared to other it was a bargain at the time, the way this is going we might hit 3 cents and never look back from there.
