Yep can see your point in one of my mining stocks we have been going through the whole cap raise process it was announced in June and the shares won't come online till October, it has absolutely killed all volume and the share price has sunk.

I think I can see what your saying what I see initially saw as negative are actually positives in that we aren't about to tie ourselves up in the cluster * that could be with a capital raise making some huge complicated mess we don't need, it's all about quickly getting the necessary funds keeping the momentum going here making it as easy as possible to rocket towards the big game the acquisition.
