No. The company is a legal entity on its own. It's a contract between Pak and GMC, not a contract between Pak and GMC's shareholders. So unless the shareholders want to file a class action against Pak on whatever basis (i'm not sure if there's even one), this will stay between GMC and Pak. And the only loss that GMC has suffered from this event was any incremental costs incurred as a result of the delay payment (additional admin costs, leased machinery .etc).
