This is as per their Announcment back in late Feb, regarding termination of the agreement.

"Thus, the Company has terminated the agreement with Pak Marthen and is reviewing its options to take legal action against Pak Marthen. Pak Marthen will be removed as President Commissioner of PT Gulf."

Whether or not this eventuates mate, is another story.... it wouldn't be cheap and I'm not sure smart management will want to commit to the $$ if it's going to take away from the project $$.
Particularly if it's not a sure thing.
Things operate a bit differently over there too.

In saying that, if they can actually secure some compensation (excluding the odd $200k he lost anyway), it'd be an obvious positive.
