What the hell and of course diluted existing shareholders a further 50%.
I'll be happy to see $10m - $15m market cap but would have been happy to see this shell of a company and its assets hived off.
Doesn't matter what assets they buy and try to get into production the board is tainted. They need to sell the silverware and the shell.
