Agree but its in the rules they can issue up to 10% per annum ( i think) without offering to existing sh'ers.
CR's would have a cost as well. Guess this was the cheapest and easiest option for their current need to keep progressing resource definition.
You're right. Hope next one they open it up to all. Also hope the "soph's" that got in have deep pockets and financier friends to develop this baby!
