As I read it at least 2 of the Board and the CEO won't be contributing as they are not eligible shareholders ,having no shares and sitting on options of 2.5c ,5.0c ,7.5c all under this SPP of 8.0c .The value of these options if exercised would add considerably to the funds of the company and send a clear and unequivocal message to the shareholders and interested outsiders ,currently "fence sitting" that all is good.Market updates are good but nowhere near as powerful as putting your money in and having skin in the game
