Could you possibly make less effort to try and sell your capital...

Could you possibly make less effort to try and sell your capital raising:

"Funds raised from the Placement are to be applied to the continuing day to day operations of the Company as working capital including payment of employee wages, operating costs, sales and marketing expenses and to pay the costs of the Placement".

It really frustrates me when companies fail to sell themselves at every available stage, especially when you're not yet sustainable and raising capital. This has the makings of a good company but paragraphs like that above certainly aren't helping improve the markets perception of its value.
