Nice if you can get it isn't it, I wonder who the private placement was made to, was a gunn held to someone's head?
They get them for 2c we pay 2.2c or 15%discount to a 5 day VWAP, they get a one for one free option for every share bought, we get the right to buy one option for every two shares we own and get to pay .1 cent per option for them, how lucky are we.
