Personally I reckon Moke and other deals will be more than enough to keep triple very busy. The JV should be good but that will take a long to come good, thats a long term play. BSP grow via acquisitions, I am of the opinion that triple will end up doing that too, buying a lot of near ready assets and monetise the gas available. Dual listing is good because it would mean we can raise capital from both places.
Lets say asian investors understand more about triple than aussie investors, they would be more willing to buy the shares and take the risk knowing they know the grounds and projects a lot better. Generally asx price will end up tracking the hk price. Its arbitrage so if HK is at 60c then triple should be at 10c courtesy of the exchange rate of around 6 hk to 1aud for example.
You can also transfer shares It could also be good if hk investors want to have their money in the safer aussie market then they will buy it here. Afterall hk belongs to china.
