dont you worry, they are interested alright plus they know how it works.. along with having beijing gas group as a major shareholder of bsp. You cant go wrong unless they literally nationalize everything.
1.5c is the exercise price for the management options. plus this is a way of the asian investors getting a big chunk of shares. Imagine what price would be if they had to buy on the market? Its a good way to let them get in because I am thinking most of them wont be selling anytime soon. If bsp's share price is something to use as a guide, I reckon some of those investors would be thinking tnp should get to at least 7c to 10c? bsp went from 10c to 70c. we can be nice and put 6 times as the price is around 60c.
1.5 x 6 = 9c
