Am I missing something?
Does that not add up to a total of 259,159,355 shares to be issued, yet they say the placement was oversubscribed and was therefore pared back to an issue limit of 194 m shares? Alternatively put, are we to be diluted by 194 m shares or 259,159,355 shares and if the latter, who gets the additional 65,159,355 shares?.

Previous placement accrued total of 7.1A I believe,
So all remaining from the old capacity up to max 167,422,593, + 91, 736,852 from new one just ratified a month ago which was voted for and passed ... so by my reckoning, we only have a potential 70 mm shares left for the next full year we could place without requiring new shareholder approvals..
194mm shares issued and issues acutely scaled back, from what I have been told they could have placed double that qty with the take up offers.
