Sure there is upside potential and as you say probably years away.
I just do not see the logic behind this consolidation other than to reduce the registry so they can start another round of CR and print more shares. or are you telling me these guys have more than enough cash to do a couple if years of drilling? Not so
My fear is existing holders will get diluted out of existence.
I vote no. get some decent results first, focus on the exploration.
