If its anything like the last one they will mop up below cash value. I'm guessing 17, 18, 19 will do it. I'd image the company is thinking if people are going to give there stock away, we might as well have them.

They will take the dips.

Clever move by Manangement, as it creates a floor to ease investors nerves, value adds to the company as it buys below cash value, and keeps the bulk of its capital in the main game.
