What!!!
Another announcement contradicting past announcements and changing the goal posts yet again.
In one hand we are lending these co's $$$$'s and in the other we are paying them $$$$'s OR shares(if shares diluting existing shareholders yet again), for a share in their co's. None of it makes rational business sense.
Nothing to get the market excited and return value to long suffering shareholders.
Who is making these decisions?
How many of the current directors are independent of these co's?
