I am working from memory of the EXS takeover, and I am an old hippie who lived through the 80s, so I may well be a little confused, but I thought if a takeover offer was made, the company could not exceed the price of that offer when buying on market? The extension to the offer period, coupled with the large buying with accompanying sp rise on Friday gives me a little hope that this takeover is not yet a done deal. I nearly sold on Friday, as there are so many opportunities at the moment that the capital I have in IVA could be put into, but I have often sold at a loss only to see that stock rally. If the offer is successful I will get 22c - Friday, if I had been quick I might have managed 24c, but with such unusual market activity I have decided to continue holding. cheers, hippies
