Wrong about the outcome?? There has been no 'outcome'.... I was correct with my call that there will be no 'instant cash' as some thought mid year..... and certainly no $43m result for XST going forward. The defendents will have their strategy, quite strange they did not challenge summary judgement,,,,imo, but they will be well advised..imo, and hopefully are now talking with XST directly.
