Sure, maybe, but maybe not, the PnD was more to do with the PS report as is coincided with SGC sell down. Personally I have no doubt there will be a settlement rather than going after assets an it won't take years, but thanks for your input.
Just remember you were wrong regarding the outcome of the court case to date, so how about get back to baiting ride over at SGC
