gonnfishin... the 'wheels of justice move slowly'... the Summary Judgement amount does give grounds for Appeal, and any 'Writ of Sale' issued against assets held by the 3 will be years away...imo... hence the compnay wanting to 'negotiate a settlement' in the near term. That may mean covering XSTs costs, and a couple of million compensation..... either that, or they grind on, shelling out shareholders funds at a time these are need for normal operations...imo
You can see by the PnD last week how the market views XSTs chances of any meaningful recovery here...imo
