I think EME has cash flow and other projects.
XST and SGC are on a wing and a prayer, which makes for jumpy holders. Dempsey is make or break for them.
That last extended silence spooked me to enough to start thinking about bailing out; consequently I haven't much confidence in SGC's management capabilities.
There may be others who feel the same.
