any opportunity or desire to pay up imho would have been properly demonstrated and sorted if the sanston 4 really willingly wanted to pay xstate, it would have taken place

with the advent of one of them being a bankrupt, the only option that i see now for xstate, would be to bankrupt the remaining two defendants. xstate would not be able to just let them off the hook when they have already put in applications to bankrupt already and could at any moment just expedite the final orders.

given that the extraordinary amount of time already given for good will, this process has really crippled the opportunities before xstate, its probably close to the moment you would expect xstate to get on with recovering assets via bankruptcy and get on with oil acquisitions.. xstate cant just sit idle..
