Huge potential re rate if they can get even a proportion of the legal judgement but the fact that the debtors have not defended themselves well to this point seems to me that they may have put their money out of reach .
The whole deal did not seem to make sense from the beginning and the next place to look for compensation may be the ticket clippers who introduced the investors .
Where is the money coming from to pay the lawyers fees ?
