It's looking like the breaking point of frustration has just arrived. XST would only release news on court case if they had something positive to tell or a deal had been made. All other news would just cause a share-price landslide. So Cosimo is either buying time with the hope not too much damage will be done. Or just has no progress on the court case.. hmm. *Sigh*
