You are offering the 'best case' scenario jhopda....imo... in reality the 1982 casing is likely to be compromised ... in this difficult geology....but worth a look see.
New well costs $12m or so,,,, I doubt that can be funded by the current JV....
Remember this is 9 miles from pipeline so any resource must be large and recoverable...not the watery 'sharts' delivered up at Dempsey/Tulainyo......imo
Not sure who is buying SGC but almost certainly a top 3 seller has bailed....imo
Look for a round of CRs now.... be interesting to see what support they get.. could be telling...imo.....time fuse is short.
