Hi Cash, I agree with what you said but this CR is not just for exploration (or as a paycheck), it's primarily a defensive CR against a low ball take-over.

Sometimes it's hard to see a CR as anything other than dilution, but this CR is one that preserves she value.

It really should be welcomed because this is an experienced BOD doing exactly what they should, making sure the company realises it's potential.

Ofc it could be used to help speed up T20 exploration now too but I'm happy to wait for the dfs first.
Then we get a fresh valuation and an exploration plan with very defined set of events.
I only hope this plays out as I think it will be better for the sp.
Rather than a slightly confusing story of the raise quietly being used for exploration, make an event of it, lay down the milestone so that anyone later reviewing this story can see clearly spelled out decisions.
