The logical thing to me would be to sell an 50-75% interest in T3 or T3 + some more domes and have plenty of cash and a stake in a project that is going to be developed, The most critical point for an explorer is to JV a project out into a producing mine, selling out now at a small fraction of the costs bourne to date is dumb as is more endless cap raises at low prices ....
