Probably best to discuss this on SFR thread but anyway, yes I mainly use fundamental analysis too but I also use the technical to help see what's affecting the short term price action, just because you are long a stock doesn't mean you can't still trade it along the way too. It would also seem that SFR etc are getting a boost from the high copper prices in the last 24hrs too so it could be that rather than the 5 year high although i'm hoping it's the 5 year high as that would then push it towards $13.50. All these SFR things and bound to help AUR in some magical way too.
