$25m at 10c equity investment by Nissui which is roughly a 15% premium to current SP has met all conditions for settlement
Money in the SFG bank accounts and a strategic equity backer in Nissui via long term off takes.
Now we need the key binding lease agreement for PSD finalised in early august.
Another critical milestone has been achieved to move towards developing PSD into a world class tiger prawn farming operations
