I have always maintained they would not be able to announce any finance deals until lease was completed.  Hoping that behind the scenes this has been progressed pending outcome of lease, and we will have further near term announcements, surely not starting from scratch re financing now.

No details here re terms of lease other than 90 year tenure - would be interested to know quantum of rent, whether it increases once PSD selling prawns or flat rate increasing just with CPI. Cash flow remains the key here, 20 mill cash burn last year and won't be any less this year.  Adding lease payments won't help that while the next 2+ years of building stage 1 occurs. SP risk remains requirement for further CR before financing is announced, however I still think 10c is the floor as that's what Nissui paid and they won't want dilution at less than that unless desperate.

Note AAMIG associates scored 80 mill 10c options for free, hoping we get mates rates on initial rent in return for that as I'd certainly like a few 10c options for nothing.
