I agree, I believe this to be very positive news.

I can only assume that investors had expected a completed arrangement rather than progress well advanced with documentation to be completed, the terminology leaves a slight gap in the door:
"negotiations on the option to acquire Legune are well developed. AAMIG have agreed to terms and conditions to progress the option..."

Nevertheless from my point of view an extension of the option was always likely until after the Gen Meeting, and my expectations are that financing also needs to be at an advanced stage before directors will sign off on an ongoing lease arrangement. The big questions relate to whether/how/will/when NAIF be involved. Any indication that NAIF advancing some part of finance should see the share price take off (UP!).
